Plan and Purpose

Purpose

Enhance the spiritual and social well-being of remote villages by equipping community and church leaders to address and manage local development needs through collaborative education, training, and project planning.

People

Work with five tribal groups and their churches in the Intan Jaya region, supporting over 150 churches and villages as they face spiritual, educational, health, and economic challenges.

Plan

Empower highland communities with training and resources to lead growth and change. Connect them with government and private development funding to help achieve their goals.

Process

Identify and strengthen local leaders committed to their communities. Guide churches in creating development plans rooted in Bible-based principles, and connect villagers with aid agencies to support meaningful projects. Emphasize self-sufficiency, fostering collaboration and reducing dependency.

Partnership

Collaborate with local leaders, churches, and institutions, along with government and external partners, to build a strong support network for sustainable development.

Principles

Promote human dignity and community-led growth with a patient, inclusive approach that encourages self-sufficiency and lasting progress.

Pay-Off

Build spiritually responsible, independent communities led by committed local leaders. By reducing dependency and fostering trust, these communities can break the cycle of poverty and create a future of opportunity and growth with God’s guidance and supportive partnerships.
